Computer Setup
If you have just bought a brand-new PC or acquired an older one and need it setting up, let us do the first-time installation for you. Or you may want to move an existing PC into another location but don’t know what to do with all the cables. We can help.

Installation of Peripherals
This service will get your new printer or peripheral up and running in no time. Both the hardware and software installation tasks will be covered. Driver CD’s and relevant cabling will be required.

Full PC Tune
After some time, you’re PC slows down. Old programs and junk files contribute to reduced performance. Just like car, your PC should be properly serviced regularly. The PC tune service will include the following:

• Full Virus and Spyware scan
• Installation of critical windows and office updates
• Latest drivers installed for all hardware (if necessary)
• Removal of junk/temporary files
• Windows optimized for your PC, for faster application launch and windows boot-up
• Registry clean-up to maintain the stability of the PC
• Complete hardware diagnostic to identify problem areas
• Further advice and potential solutions given

Computer Repair Service
If your PC will no longer start or you are getting persistent error messages/blue screens, then it is most probably a hardware issue. Let us take a look and rectify the problem. Prices given exclude the cost of hardware needed for repair.

Installation of Upgrades
We will fit new hardware you have purchased for your machine and test it thoroughly to ensure stability.
Note: Components are not guaranteed to work if purchased from another source.

Heat Reduction
This service includes the removal of dust in the fans case vents and on various components. Cables inside the PC will also be managed to maximize airflow. This service can help to prevent overheating and then failure of components.

Wired Network Installation
Have you just received broadband and need multiple PC’s online at the same time, or have you decided it’s time to get your computers networked for file-sharing purposes. Price excludes broadband & networking equipment that may be required, and cabling. Please contact us to discuss this further. The process assumes you have either windows XP or Windows Vista running on your computers. Additional PC’s will be installed for an extra charge.

Wireless Network Installation & Security
Wireless networks are so popular because of the convenience of been able to work anywhere in the home. This service will take care of setting up your wireless router and up to 3 PC’s. The strongest level of wireless security will be applied (dependant on your hardware). This service is for XP and Vista only. Extra PC’s can be networked for an additional charge. Prices given exclude the wireless hardware needed, although if needed, wireless hardware can be purchased from us.

Windows XP/Vista Repair
System crashes are very common. Usually they are dismissed and the PC simply restarted. However, there comes a time when critical windows files can be damaged by this improper shutdown. This can prevent windows from loading and show blue screens at boot-up. A special repair can be performed using the original windows discs that came with your PC. It’s not 100% guaranteed to work however, and a fresh install of windows may be the best option. Advice and a solution will be given after a full diagnosis. (Windows XP and Vista only).

Windows Restore
If windows has stopped working properly then it is possible to restore it back to the way it was when first purchased. Bring us the restore discs that came with your PC and we will do the rest. Please be aware that all data saved since the PC was purchased will be lost. Ensure you have backup copies of your data, or choose our data recovery service beforehand.

Operating System Install / Upgrade
With this service, either a clean install of an operating system can be performed or an upgrade from a previous version. Either service is assuming you have the original authentic windows discs. New discs can be provided for an additional charge. (Windows XP and Vista only).

Complete System Update
This service includes the updating of hardware device drivers, the downloading and installation of windows updates, the updating of virus/spyware definitions (if software is present) and stability testing to ensure that everything works ok.

Installation of Internet Security Software
This service includes the installation of internet security software (purchased separately), setting up the features specific to your PC and then a malicious software/intrusion test, to ensure the software is working properly. Don’t try and do it yourself if you’re unsure, you’ll be leaving your PC wide-open to the internet.

Software Support / Application Installation
We will check any software to see if it is compatible with your system and install it. Alternatively, if you already have software installed, we can help troubleshoot any problems you may be experiencing.

Data Recovery / Backup
Has your computer crashed and will no longer boot into windows? Or maybe you just want a data backup performing before you make some change yourself. The data recovery service will recover all data provided that is has not been corrupted or the hard drive is faulty.

Engineer per Hour Service
Want a few different things doing to your PC, then hire an engineer hourly. This service is for problems that don’t fit into any of the above categories or require more than one service. Advice will be provided alongside the resolving of problems, if applicable.
